INITIAL CONSULTATION
At McCarroll Builders, the first step is a meeting to review your plans and preferences for your new home or assist in creating a plan. Our representative will meet you at the property to talk about important details like where the house will go, how the land is graded, and where the driveway will be. Once we have a clear idea of what you want, we'll move on to designing and getting bids.
DESIGN MEETING + BUILDING COSTS
Once the plan has been selected, McCarroll Builders will work closely with you to accommodate any necessary modifications. A thorough review of interior and exterior finish selections will be conducted to determine allowances and accurately bid the project. McCarroll Builders, Inc. will then provide a comprehensive written proposal for your review and adjustments. Upon mutual agreement, a detailed written contract will be prepared, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
CONSTRUCTION
During construction, we maintain constant communication, scheduling on-site meetings to finalize layout decisions like electrical plans and cabinet placements. We provide a detailed timeline for the build and specific dates for selection choices. Additionally, we recommend trusted suppliers to simplify your decision-making process.
